It's been down for a couple of months. Unfortunately all efforts to reach out have failed.
I would assume at this point it's gone.

if you didnt make any backups, that's kinda on you. Not many smaller stores lets you re-download music, HU being one of the few you don't have to ask for renabling downloads.
