its on a marc smith vibealite tape well thats where ive heard it and its got that famous "i have a dream" speech before the music comes in its a bangin tune ne ideas???

i've heard dj's using that sample as an intro, and over top of the records already playing, it might have been marc smith using the speech itself as a dj tool?
