Most likely looking for bubblegum dance, dance pop, europop, italo dance genres. I would bet it's bubble gum dance judging by the overall composition. Something along the lines of Aqua / Vengaboys / Toy-Box / E-Type . Possibly 1997-2001.
I also suspect old school happy hardcore, but that is less likely in my opinion. Worth a shot nonetheless!
The lyrics seem to be "everybody bounce" if my hearing isn't failing me.
Would be neat if somebody knows this as the melody appears to be quite catchy and easily recognizable.
