hehe it wud. its soo sad tho, she was only 22, has ne1 bin 2 read the messages ppl have left her on the radio one notice board thing, i did yesterday n its so sad :(

it was my idea to make a hhc tribute haha. too bad i cant produce music. oh well . i should have kept that one to my self. any way if you guys make a tribute song tell me where to hear it.

Ummm... Not to be a jaded anti-commercial bastard, but Aaliyah ummm.. well... sucked. She is (was) the same as all the Back Street boys. She was just a black face put on a completely white corporate label produced hip-hop act. All she did is sing their lyrics, then they took her vocals and pitch fixed and stretched them to sound all "cool" and she went around lip syncing to it.
Sure she was only 22, but she got her years in the fame and money and pleasure for doing basically nothing. If you wanna feel sorry for people and write tracks dedicated to their greatness then write a track dedicated to Ghandi or the Dali Llama. Or maybe about all the people that die extremely slow and painful deaths starving in 3rd world countries....
PS: Hmmm... that did come out a little more jaded and harsh than I was planning on... Ummm feel free to write a tribute to her :) But I think feeling sorry for her is kind of a joke...
