On Sunday im buying a pair of technics and a mixer for 300 dollars. The only problems with the decks and mixer are on one of them the 45 button is broken, and the other one the tonearm wiggles. The mixer's crossfader knob thing broke off too. These are gunna be my first decks for mixer hardcore trance and i wanna know if i am getting the ass end of the deal.

For $300 dollars i wouldn't complain :) Them things can easily be sorted :)

It's usually around $50 a table to get em tuned up, and a new crossfader should be around the same so it's probably a nice deal. The most important thing to check is if the pitch sliders have pull, or if they lag behind (<-very bad for mixing!)
