Does anyone know if this is available on vinyl? i know there is a version that is exactly the same but a lot slower but im after the faster version in the video below,
any help is much appreciated

Yea, most likely it's only the Scott Brown "Remix" that's a Hardcore version

I have this. It's on the Clubland X-Treme Hardcore 7 (Unmixed version)
Length is 06:08.
EDIT: Just noticed that you are after the vinyl version, It's 33RPM, so just play it on 45 pitched down.

As long as he's ok with the vocals. Even pitched down, they're pretty damn chipmunk-y
If you have the full length normal hardcore version in digitally though........... *cough cough wink wink*
