He was publisher and represented a fair few artists I think, you'd often see "Paul Rodriguez Music" on credits in albums.

The very first time i heard it assumed it was Tommy Vance, he did sound very similar in tone to Paul Rodriguez. Also reminded me of Vincent Price in the song Michael Jackson - Thriller
