With our massive productions that have taken tens of thousands of ravers by storm, we've consistently shown why Mayhem Electronic Music Festival is known in dance culture circles world wide, as one of the best.
This June, we hold true to the Mayhem tradition, kicking off our fifth Birthday with a party of epic proportions! Mayhem's giant main room gets the full birthday treatment with the return of our most requested artist ever, Alek Szahala! The onslaught continues with some of the worlds biggest names in Hard Dance to ensure that not a spare moment is wasted on the dance floor. Once the needle hits the first record, you won't be leaving until the last beat is dropped!
The Godspeed Hardcore room will feature Australia's undisputed kings of hardcore! The Brisbane Hardcore Crew are second to none in their exceptional experience in Dutch Hardcore within Australia and their reputation as the Hardest DJ's this side of Holland is ready to be proved once more on this massive night!
The Freeform and Happy Hardcore room will give you something to really smile about, with FiNRG's DJ RX! Top shelf Happy Hardcore producers Weaver, Antix and Haze rip it up and get set to take the tempo to another level! Add to that our twin head multicolour laser rig and intelligent lighting rig and there's nothing that can stop this room from blasting off to another dimension!
A fully themed Chill Zone will include Psy-Trance beats, funky house and progressive with full UV themeing to chill out with all your mates!

Hardcore Euphoria

2006 is the year of Hardcore.’ That’s what the dance press are predicting, and this time, they are right on the money. Hardcore albums are topping the charts; the buzz is gaining momentum daily; and the UK is bracing itself for a summer hardcore explosion.
Last year, the team behind Extreme Euphoria spotted the increase in popularity, quickly putting on a one-off hardcore night in London, and boy was it hot! So sizzling, in fact, that Euphoria HQ decided to make it a regular event. Now, as it prepares for its third installment, it’s firmly etched as the Capital’s premier hardcore happening.
This time the ‘having it’ havoc is provided by 12 of the world’s most prolific artists. It’s the talents and vision of these guys which have been responsible for its resurgence, as they continually obliterate boundaries, making it fresher than any other extreme musical genre.
In keeping with its sister parties, Old Skool and Extreme Euphoria, Hardcore Euphoria was in need of a permanent fixture – a resident. We couldn’t look anywhere else other than to the marvel that is KEVIN ENERGY, who gladly accepted and fits into the mould perfectly.
