Just a little niggle on my part really.
When I'm typing my posts, often I will type it out, and then go back afterwards and stick in emoticons etc. Unfortunately, when you click on the emoticon you want to insert, it inserts it at teh end of the post, so I have to go copy/paste the code into where I want it.... can the emoticon be pasted to where the cursor is inthe message box?
Sorry, I'm just lazy

It's not technically possible. I have only ever seen it done once before on a blog I would have to research how they did it.
No other web site forum has this feature.

After a quick bit of research (reads: I was dicking about on the internet) I have discovered that phpBB apears to support this feature.... not sure how it does it, and to add to that I am not sure if it is transferrable to ASP, but just thought I would pass it on. Its something I am looking to implement on my site, so I'll be looking into it myself and will drop you an e-mail if I figure it out (if you don't get chance yourself).

The emoticon-system on www.hype.fm and www.skinheads.net is really good.
Check em out. It's just a little box to the side of the screen where you just click the one you want and the code for it will apear on the spot your cursor is in or the last place in your text.

Call me old fashioned, but what ever happened to just remembering the codes and typing them out manually? Forummers these days have it soooo easy.
