I'm on a Facebook group and saw a really sad post re: a members friend of the family who sadly had a family member take their own life last week. They're planning the funeral and have a specific tune that the person loved, that they want to play. They think it was happy hardcore, but have no idea of the name of the tune, year of release, or much of anything else, not being into the genre themselves. All they have is lyrics. I screenshot the page but can't see anywhere to attach here, so am going to just type verbatim the lyrics they wrote on the page! Please help if you can to i.d this tune! I don't personally know this family myself but it struck a chord with me and I'm hoping the whole rave community can help! Here goes.... "Stop the car and I get out to walk, she says hey boy, can I sit and talk. I turned around and I saw a tear and that's when I realised I really did care. So I sit back in the motor, that's when she produced a photo. Photo was of me and a really pretty girl. Girl was wearing nothing but diamonds and pearls. I didn't realise she was setting a trap"........ and that's all the lyrics they shared. Can amyone i.d from that?! Xx |
